U.S. Bank Stadium
Through the joint venture Build 23, Gephart Electric served as the design-assist electrical contractor to build U.S. Bank Stadium.
Minnesota State Capitol Restoration
Gephart served as the design-assist electrical contractor for the restoration of the Minnesota State Capital — the building's first major restoration since its original construction in 1905.
Lakeland Medical Center Pavilion
New five-floor addition on operational hospital with utilizing Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method.
Minnesota Vikings TCO Performance Center
Gephart was selected as the electrical and low voltage contractor to build the new headquarters and training center for the Minnesota Vikings.
Minnesota Senate Building
Gephart performed design-build electrical construction and low voltage systems for the new Minnesota Senate Building, a four-story, 293,000 SF office complex completed in 2015.
Target Center Renovation
Gephart was hired as the design-assist electrical and low voltage contractor for this 18-month, multi-phased project to renovate the Target Center.
