Building on our longstanding Gaming market relationships with Lakes Entertainment and Kraus-Anderson, Gephart will be renovating 30,700 SF of convention space into a 550-slots gaming facility. The project will also include a future expansion of the existing hotel into new convention space,a new parking lot, new outbuildings and electrical service improvements including a new generator and UPS. Gephart is providing design-assist electrical and design-build low voltage services.
