Xcel Energy Service Center Nearing Completion

Final touches are underway on the new Xcel Energy Service Center in St. Paul. The 320,000-square-foot facility will support more than 400 employees with expanded office space, equipment storage, maintenance shops, and dedicated fleet vehicle storage.

Built with sustainability at its core, the facility will operate primarily on renewable energy generated by rooftop solar panels and includes 23 electric vehicle charging stations. As a key investment in St. Paul’s East Side, the new service center will also serve as an anchor for The Heights development, helping support the area’s continued growth and revitalization.
