Gephart Awarded UST Multipurpose Arena

We are excited to announce Gephart has been selected by the University of St. Thomas and Ryan Companies to join the team as the electrical contractor for the new Lee & Penny Anderson Multipurpose Arena in St. Paul, MN.

The 245,000 SF facility opening in the fall of 2025 will be the new home for the men’s and women’s ice hockey & basketball teams with a seating capacity of 4,000 for hockey and 5,300 for basketball.  The arena will also support all UST students by creating a space for commencement, career fairs, and other large-scale activities. Other facility features include a practice ice arena, two basketball practice courts, locker rooms, training facilities, and coaches’ offices.

In 2021, the University of St. Thomas transitioned from Division III to Division I athletics and this new multipurpose arena supports that move. Gephart is contributing our sports facility expertise to build this world-class facility for the University of St. Thomas!
