Gephart Awarded Cherokee Sportsbook and Poker Room Project

Gephart is pleased to announce we have been awarded the Cherokee Sportsbook and Poker Room project. The project includes renovating approximately 37,000 SF of the existing gaming floor into a new sportsbook and poker room. This will be our second project on this property with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and our local partner, Cherokee Electric. Gephart is also onsite working on the 660,000 SF expansion featuring a 20-story, 725-room high-rise hotel tower, and approximately 200,000 SF of convention space.
