Gephart Awarded Altru Health Systems

Gephart was recently awarded the Altru Health Systems project in Grand Forks, ND. Working alongside of PCL/Community, this project will feature 532,000 SF, 7 floors, 200+ patient beds, and state-of-the-art healthcare amenities. This was truly a team effort that spanned years of COVID-related delays and revisions to the schedule and budget. Our perseverance and strong relationship with the PCL/Community team paid off in our securing of this project that will be a significant asset for the city of Grand Forks.
