Gephart Electric Lands U of MN Mechanical Engineering Building Project

Working with Mortenson Construction, Gephart will be renovating the existing 1940’s-built Mechanical Engineering Building at the University of Minnesota. This phased project will be happening as the building remains occupied and will include building a temporary 1600A electric service as the old service is removed and all the components of a new one are installed. The work will also include new lighting, lighting control, power, fire alarm, access control, telecom, building fiber connections, CCTV, cable tray, UPS, Inverter, HVAC and Mechanical equipment connections.
