The IBEW in partnership with King of Kings Woodbury creates an annual Holiday Lights in the Park display. The drive-through show of more than 50 giant light sculptures and animated displays is located in Phalen Park, St. Paul. Proceeds from from this event go to charities such as Second Harvest Heartland, Union Gospel Mission, St. Paul Parks Conservancy and Underconstruction.
