Gephart Electric Awarded University of Minnesota Nolte Center Project

Working with general contractor JE Dunn, this is a remodel of the second and third floors of the Nolte Center. The project includes upgrades such as new lighting, fire alarm and power distribution. Offices are being remodeled as well with new surface raceway for power and telecom. The project will be complete in December of 2011.
