Gephart Awarded Vikings Lakes (Buildings B & C)

Coming off the heels of the successful TCO Performance Center project – the new headquarters and training facility for the Minnesota Vikings – Gephart has been awarded the Viking Lakes (Buildings B & C) project. This multi-family housing project is the first phase in the development of the surrounding headquarters area and has us working with MN Ventures.
