Gephart Awarded U of MN Lind Hall Renovation

Gephart was hired by Mortenson Construction for the demolition and renovation of approximately 57,500 SF of the basement, second, and third floors as well as portions of the sub-basement and fourth floor. Our scope of work includes:

• New Building Electrical Service and Distribution
• New Lighting & Lighting Control
• New Branch Power
• New Voice/Data
• New Fire Alarm
• New Access Control & CCTV
• New Soundmasking System
• Electrical Connection to New Mechanical Equipment

The improved facility will be the home of the new Industrial and Systems Engineering Department, and provide extra space for the Computer Science & Engineering Department. In 2012, we were a part of the team who completed the renovation of the entire first floor of Lind Hall and are excited to continue to improve this century-old building.
