Gephart Awarded State Office Building Project

Building on our successful experience renovating the MN State Capitol as well as the greenfield Minnesota Senate Building project, we are pleased to announce we have been awarded the new MN State Office Building. Reuniting us with JE Dunn Construction, this historic renovation of the 90-year-old State Office Building will involve a complete transformation and addition to modernize and upgrade the building that is home to the MN House of Representatives and Secretary of State. Work is underway and expected to be completed in 2026.
