Gephart Awarded Lunds & Byerlys

As work continues at Highland Bridge – Block 3 in St. Paul, MN, we were subsequently awarded the Lunds & Byerlys project within the development. This 60,500 SF grocery store will anchor the mixed-use facility and provide a premium shopping experience in the neighborhood. We are excited to build on our strong relationship with Ryan Companies as we continue to add to our Multi-Unit Mixed Use Market portfolio.
