Project Overview
Gephart provided turnkey design-assist support for the electrical and low voltage construction of the expansion of the Choctaw Casino Resort, featuring 110,000 square feet of gaming space, nine food venues, several retail offerings, and more. The new 12-story hotel also included a business center, fitness room, and spa.
Our Work
Gephart provided design-assist support for the expansion of this state-of-the-art casino resort. Gephart’s contributions included:
- Found space on the property for the remote chiller plant and got it online in time to dehumidify building for interior finishes
- Worked openly with project partners to coordinate and plan ways to prevent delays and further expenses
- Adapted to mid-project changes without delaying schedule or increasing cost

- Finished project under budget and two months ahead of contracted completion date.
