We do what we say, and say what we do.

Diversity and inclusion are a part of our everyday philosophy at Gephart. We want top performers from all walks of life and are committed to our minority and disadvantaged business partners as well.

Experience Counts

We do what we say, and say what we do.

Gephart is committed to encouraging the participation of local minority and disadvantaged businesses and continuing our efforts to help realize the goals and expectations of the community. Our approach is to develop comprehensive, well defined work packages and make them available to minority and disadvantaged firms through a competitive selection process. Our commitment is to provide an opportunity to participate in a project that otherwise may not have been available.

We provide a “hand up,” not a “hand out.” The desired result will be to provide an opportunity to learn and develop the tools and skills needed for long-term success.  The guidance and support offered by Gephart could be considered as a small scale business development program.  With the added resources available through our general contractor partners, this approach should provide the opportunity for a meaningful and rewarding experience not otherwise available.

The CPP is a collaborative effort of the Metropolitan Economic Development Association (MEDA) and the Association of Women Contractors (AWC) and is recognized throughout the Twin Cities and the University of Minnesota by developers and general contractors.

With over 85 years of combined electrical contracting experience, Gephart and Gunnar look to partner on specific projects around the Midwest allowing us to take full advantage of our many capabilities and services including electrical construction, low and high voltage systems, design-build, design-assist, and service and maintenance.
