    Details: Design-build construction of a 10-cleanroom, state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility. Project required significant use of BIM for trade coordination and utilization of clean construction methods.

    Details: Design-build expansion project for a self-tinting glass manufacturer. Manufacturing area included six new cleanrooms with over 200 tons of air conditioning, humidity control, 50+ HEPA filter modules, sealed ceiling lighting, modular distribution, etc.

    Details: Installed power, controls and network connections to process equipment including installing the process control panels, associated wiring and programming assistance as well as the industrial networking and line safety systems.

  • Crown Cork & Seal Can Line Conversion

    Location: Batesville, MS
    Client: Crown Cork & Seal Company, Inc.

    Details: Converted two existing 12-ounce aluminum can lines to 16-ounce, including the replacement and upgrade of the can decorators (which paint and label cans), the decorator ovens, the internal can lining spray system, and the linear ovens.

    Details: Design-build project for a medical parts manufacturer that included cleanrooms with sealed/gasketed fixtures, cord drops, HEPA filter wiring and connections for processing equipment. Local panelboards were provided within each cleanroom.
